Shift Needed: Monday thru Friday 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Admissions Assistant Responsibilities:
- As an Admissions Assistant, you will assist in deploying marketing strategies for brining new residents to the facility.
- You will assist in obtaining and reviewing applicant information by requesting completed applications and medical information.
- You will help manage the onboarding of new residents to the facility.
- You will sometimes be required to refer residents to other facilities.
Admissions Assistant Qualifications:
- A bachelor's or associate degree in business administration or related field.
- Two years or more working in the medical field.
- Advanced communication and customer relation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
