Job Description: Respiratory Therapist
- This role requires a highly skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team.
- As a respiratory therapist, you will work directly with residents who require oxygen therapy, ventilator support, or other forms of respiratory care.
- You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve resident outcomes.
- You will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Current and valid RRT for the State of Illinois.
- Knowledge of physiology and the respiratory system.
- Empathy and compassion, with the ability to work effectively with residents and their families.
- A minimum of one year experience in long-term care, preferably in a respiratory therapy role.
