Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
- Supervise activities performed by nursing assistants, ensuring seamless care delivery.
- Chart and maintain documentation for residents, adhering to industry standards.
- Prepare and administer medications according to established protocols.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Nurse Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing.
- Possess a valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
- Maintain current CPR certification.
- Have at least one year of experience in long-term care.
