Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Responsibilities
- Oversight of the dietary department at our nursing home as a certified dietary manager (CDM)
- Maintenance of the kitchen's inventory
- Management of the kitchen staff's schedules
- Management of the dietary department's finances
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Qualifications
- ServSafe Certification
- CDM certification is mandatory; Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification is preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare dietary supervisory role
- Familiarity with skilled nursing dietary laws, regulations, and guidelines
Key Responsibilities
