- Conduct patient rounds and address any concerns or complaints.
- Mentor and train nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in long-term care, preferably as ADON.
- Current registration as a REGISTERED NURSE (RN) in the State of Illinois.
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment, such as PointClickCare.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
