Care Services Director Overview
- $55,000 - $60,000 yearly salary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of social services programs in our facilities.
- Supervise staff, including mental health professionals, to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Coordinate referrals for residents requiring external services.
- Develop and coordinate educational in-services for staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Provide clinical case supervision to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Qualifications
- Must meet the definition of a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts, as defined by the Illinois Mental Health Code.
- A minimum of two years' experience in direct care for individuals with psychiatric disorders.
- Three years' supervisory experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to act decisively and delegate authority effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
