Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of registered nurses
- Supervise activities performed by nursing assistants
- Promptly chart and maintain documentation for residents
- Prepare and administer medications as needed
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- A valid, current nursing license in Illinois
- Current CPR certification
- At least one year of experience in long term care
