As a registered nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing direct care to residents, including administering medications, developing and maintaining a positive working rapport with all team members, and ensuring high-quality patient care. You will also supervise activities performed by nursing assistants and chart and maintain documentation for residents.
To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree or higher, a valid and current nursing license in Illinois, and at least one year of experience in long-term care. Current CPR certification is also required.
We offer a competitive hourly wage, ranging from $38 to $43 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include a PTO package, paid holidays, growth opportunities, employee rewards program, sign-on bonus, next day pay available, tuition reimbursement, health, dental, vision, and life coverage, and 401K. Shifts are available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM only.
