Responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships to grow census and quality resident mix
- Submit daily census report with reimbursement and in-hospital totals
- Develop and execute marketing plan to increase census
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH REFERRAL SOURCES FOR CONSISTENT QUALITY REFERRALS
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- RN license in the State of Illinois
- Knowledge of sales and healthcare
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor
Compensation: $90,000 per year
