Infection Control Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for providing primary skincare to residents, identifying potential skin disorders, and developing personalized treatment plans
- Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring seamless coordination among interdisciplinary teams
- Educate family members, staff, and residents on the importance of nutrition, skin barriers, hydration, turning, and repositioning to promote wound healing
Requirements:
- A graduate of an accredited nursing education program
- A clean background check with no abuse records
- One year of experience as a registered nurse (RN), with preference given to those with prior experience in wound care or infection control
- A valid RN license required
