Job Description

  • As an Infection Control/Wound Care Nurse, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, focusing on wound healing and infection prevention.
  • You will educate patients, families, and staff about wound care best practices, including nutrition, skin barrier function, and proper wound management.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Registered Nurse licensure in Illinois.
  • Prior experience as a wound nurse, preferred.
