We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our rehabilitation centers, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

- Sign-on bonus: $2000 paid out over 180 days ($1000 at 90 days and $1000 at 180 days)

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
- Supervise and educate certified nursing assistants to promote a positive and supportive work environment
- Prepare and administer medications on schedule, adhering to established protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care
- Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in the State of Illinois
- CPR certification
- One year or more of experience in long-term care
- Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing (not required but preferred)
