Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
- As a licensed practical nurse (LPN), you will provide high-quality direct nursing care to residents in our long-term care facilities.
- You will supervise and educate certified nursing assistants to ensure seamless care delivery.
- You will prepare and administer medications according to scheduled protocols.
- Promptly maintain accurate documentation and charts for resident care.
- Develop and promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and open communication among staff members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing from an accredited institution.
- A current and valid nursing license in the State of Illinois.
- Current and valid CPR certification.
- A minimum of one year of experience in long-term care settings.
*Bonus paid half at 90 days and full at 180 days of employment.
