Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LCPC) Responsibilities:
- Oversight of social services programs in your facility
- Recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of staff, including mental health professionals and certified recovery specialists
- Implementation of treatment programs and coordination of referrals
- Clinical case supervision of treatment personnel and development of Performance Improvement Project (PIP) tools

Requirements:
- LCSW or LCPC licensure is required
