Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents with complex wounds, incorporating evidence-based practices and addressing specific needs and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary to optimize wound healing.
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff members, providing education and support to promote successful wound management.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing education program.
- Current RN licensure and certification in wound care.
- At least one year of experience in wound care, preferably in a long-term care setting.
