Regional Director of Behavioral Health Responsibilities :
As a Regional Director of Behavioral Health, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing behavioral health programs across multiple nursing homes and rehabilitation centers across a designated region.
You will be responsible for clinical oversight and compliance for behavioral health across your designated region.
You will conduct training and staff development for all behavioral health employees in your assigned region.
You will provide support and engage in collaboration with all staff members you interact with.
You will be responsible for performance monitoring and quality assurance for the behavioral health departments in your assigned region.

Requirements :
Regional Director of Behavioral Health Requirements :
Master's degree in social work / human services related field, preferred, and
2 plus years working in mental health and an additional 1 year of supervisory experience
Bachelor's degree in social work / human services related field and
5 years working in mental health and 2 years in a supervisory role
