Compensation and Perks:
We offer an hourly wage range of $39-42 for 39-42 hours per week, along with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, paid holidays, employee rewards, next day pay, tuition reimbursement, health, dental, vision, and life coverage, as well as a 401K plan.
Job Duties:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, addressing physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Lead and supervise nursing staff, maintaining accurate records and charts.
- Administer medications according to established protocols and best practices.
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Nursing degree (Bachelor's or higher).
- A valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum one year of experience in long-term care settings.
Salary : $39 - $42
