Unit Clerk Responsibilities :

As a unit clerk, you will provide administrative clerical work within the facility.

Maintain patient / resident records.

You will chart and maintain documentation for residents.

You will develop and maintain a positive working rapport with all team members.

Requirements : Requirements

Unit Clerk Qualifications :

Must have a CNA certification.

Previous Unit Clerk experience and or secretarial experience within a long-term care facility.

At least one year experience in long term care.
