As a Registered Nurse with experience in wound care, you will be responsible for providing primary skincare to residents, identifying, managing, and treating specific skin disorders, lesions, and decubitus ulcers. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that promote wound healing.

- Provide wound care services to residents, including dressing changes and wound assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized wound care plans based on resident needs.
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure effective treatment.
- Educate family, staff, and residents on the importance of wound care and prevention strategies.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing education program.
- Illinois registration as a Registered Nurse.
- One year experience as a wound nurse, preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
