The Concourse Club is located on the rooftop of our most innovative lifestyle hotel The Element by Westin in Wood-Ridge, NJ. The sleek stylish interior is both inviting and unique. - Year round indoor/outdoor Rooftop Bar and Lounge atop The Element Hotel
- Handcrafted cocktails and locally crafted brews, collective menu inspired small plates from all around the world
- Private, catered events; serving parties from 10 to 300 guests
- Guests can enjoy our fireplaces and views of inspiring NYC skyline and Teterboro Airport
- Only rooftop bar in Wood-Ridge

Keys to Success - Required Experience & Skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 2 years' experience as a professional bartender in a high-volume lounge, bar, or bar focused restaurant is REQUIRED
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with premium spirits and wines
- Craft cocktail experience is Preferred, but not required
- Charisma, showmanship, and the true desire to help guests enjoy their experience
