RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, explaining insurance products, and assisting with policy changes, claims, and billing issues.
- Manage customer accounts by processing new policies, renewals, and cancellations while maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or walk-in, providing timely, accurate, and helpful information about insurance
- Able to obtain Property & Casualty license.
- Bilingual Spansih preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the insurance industry.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
