Job Description
The Personal Lines Producer at Stonebridge Insurance is responsible for maintaining and maximizing profitable relationships with personal lines clients and for growing the book of business through new client sales in our Grand Island office.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new personal insurance opportunities with clients through various communication methods (in person, online, phone, email).
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-ups and support.
• Actively seek new clients and increase coverage for existing clients.
• Provide clients with the best coverage options, process quotes, and bind insurance coverage in a timely manner.
• Educate clients on their policies and coverage options.
• Support clients through renewals and retention.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and technology.
• Document sales activities accurately and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, and participate in meetings.

Qualifications:

• Hold the required insurance license for your state.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in using technology and computer systems.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry operations.
• Excellent people skills and customer-focused attitude.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
