We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to earn competitive compensation while helping clients secure insurance tailored to their ne eds.

Base pay for entry-level or unlicensed candidates starts at $38,000 , with commission on new and renewal business and bonus opportunities.
Base Pay for Experienced or licensed candidates starts at $42,000 , with the same commission and bonus structure.

Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm) Work Schedule

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers to assess their insurance needs.

Recommend tailored insurance solutions, including auto, home, and other lines of coverage.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-ups.

Stay informed about agency products, services, and industry trends to provide expert guidance.

Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to agency growth.

Accurately complete and process insurance applications and renewals.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and state insurance regulations.

Requirement

Active insurance license preferred.

If unlicensed, at least one year of sales experience is strongly preferred.

College degree is preferred, but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.

Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers protect what matters most.

Salary : $38,000 - $58,000
