Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. This role is essential for executing various construction and remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, enabling them to handle tasks ranging from basic repairs to more complex installations.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work including framing, drywall installation, and finishing.
• Execute various maintenance person tasks.
• Fabricate and install custom cabinetry and furniture.
• Conduct mold remediation and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist in remodeling projects, including flooring installation and wall modifications.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively and safely.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Skills

• Proficiency in drywall installation and finishing techniques.
• Experience with mold remediation processes.
• Ability to fabricate custom solutions for various construction needs.
• Knowledge of flooring installation methods and materials.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.5 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
