Brian Getty Allstate in Vero Beach FL is seeking to hire a full-time Customer Experience Specialist Trainee.
Ideal candidates have no insurance experience but are willing to learn and help our customers have the best experience possible. Organizational and computer skills are a must as well as the ability to function in a fast-paced environment. We will teach you to cross sell inbound phone calls from customers.
Responsibilities:
- Taking in-bound calls from existing customers
- Refer new business to sales team or cross sell yourself
- Calling customers for policy reviews
- Maintaining accurate data in the agency management system
- Calling cancelation list

Requirements:
· Passing 440 license in 90 days and appointment with this office
