Duties
- Perform regular maintenance on gardens, lawns, and hardscapes to ensure they are well-kept and aesthetically pleasing.
- Conduct lawn care activities such as mowing, trimming, and fertilizing to promote healthy growth.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various maintenance tasks including tree care and landscaping.
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access to facilities.
- Build and repair structures as needed, ensuring all work meets safety standards.
- Maintain equipment used for landscaping and maintenance tasks, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
Skills
- Proficient in lawn care techniques including mowing, fertilization, and pest control.
- Knowledge of hardscape installation and maintenance practices.
