Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain visually stunning, high-performance websites using WordPress and Elementor.
- Optimize websites for SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns, ensuring fast load times and smooth user experiences.
- Work closely with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration and final product delivery.
- Implement eCommerce solutions, including payment gateways like WooCommerce, Shopify, Stripe, and PayPal.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating the latest web design innovations into our projects.
- Edit and enhance photo and video content for web use, ensuring brand consistency and visual impact.
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to improve website performance and conversion rates.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms through strong design sensibilities and writing abilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end performance issues, ensuring all websites function flawlessly across devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop web assets aligned with campaign objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Mastery of WordPress & Elementor (custom themes, plugins, and responsive design).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery (bonus: PHP & React knowledge).
- Strong experience in SEO best practices and site speed optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with PPC landing page structure and social media integration for web.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms and payment integrations (WooCommerce, Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Square).
- Ability to write clear, concise web copy when needed, with a strong marketing sensibility.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
