Job Summary:
The Full-Time Onsite Receptionist/Jr. Social Media Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience.
In addition you will be assisting with social media tasks, such as scheduling posts and monitoring engagement while also providing occasional support to the marketing team with tasks related to marketing materials and campaign coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly, professional manner, and direct them to the appropriate team member.
Phone and Email Management: Answer and direct phone calls and emails, taking messages as needed and ensuring prompt follow-up.
Office Organization: Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained. This includes managing common areas, keeping the reception area tidy, and restocking office supplies.
Social Media Support: Assist with basic social media tasks, such as scheduling posts or monitoring engagement.
Marketing Assistance: Support marketing team with occasional tasks related to marketing materials or campaign coordination.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Experience with social media
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain a clean and professional office environment.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
Interest in social media and marketing.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
