What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Development and Retention Services Agent, you’ll play a pivotal role in acquiring and maintaining strong client relationships. You’ll prospect, qualify, and close sales while ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.
- Sales & Business Growth
- Present, promote, and sell digital marketing services to prospective customers.
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Engage in outbound and inbound calls to connect with potential clients.
- Client Retention & Satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and concerns.
- Regularly check in with clients to ensure ongoing success with our services.
- Negotiation & Closing
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within designated timeframes.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to drive company success.

Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
