Must be fluent in Russian, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to connect with new business clients via telephone.
Explain policy coverage and customize their policy to their personal needs.
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Manage appointment calendar, calls, and emails.
Requirements
Must be fluent in Russian, both written and spoken.
Life Licensed in Texas
Property & Casualty Licensed in Texas
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be coach-able, and work under pressure!
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
Be a fantastic presenter
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Be capable of handling customer rejection
Must enjoy talking with people and be confident on the phone
Must be 18 or older (background check will be performed)
