Responsibilities
- Use online platforms to pull foreclosure auction lists and search for sales results.
- Research deed records, appraisal district, and civil court records to find original debt on the foreclosed property, ultimately searching for an overage or 'excess proceeds'.
- Enter property debt information, owner information, and related documents into an online system/tracker.
Requirements
- Must have a servant's heart to help people!
- Must be able to type at least 50 wpm
- Paralegal or Real Estate background is helpful/preferred but not required.
- Be capable of multitasking two screens at once
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Must be proactive in problem solving
- Must have an 'investigative nature'
- Have no felonies
- Must have reliable transportation
- Preferably live near Arlington office location (within 20 min or less)
- Extensive training will be provided.
- NOT a remote position
- Hours M-F 8:30-5:30
- Hourly Commission
