Brianne Joseph is an internationally recognized Private Investigator who has been featured on radio, television shows and on the cover of magazines. She is the owner of Sly Fox Investigations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office team and investigators while on and off cases
- Manage calendars, appointments, consultations and payment intake
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with business and personal projects and follow-up on action items
- Proofread documents for accuracy and grammar
- Handle office tasks such as filing, organizing, and ordering supplies
- Maintain communication during and after office hours as needed
- Answer phone calls, assist with production of reports, videos, and various office assignments
- Assist with business and personal errands and tasks
- Assist with invoices
-Attend marketing events
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently
