Responsibilities
- Contribute to patient assessment in collaboration with Registered Nurses
- Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions
- Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services as needed
- Educate patients and families on disease treatment plans and follow-up care
- Identify potential safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety
Qualifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one month of hire date
- Active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license prior to hire date
- High school diploma or equivalent
