We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Social Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the development and implementation of social service programs, ensuring the well-being of individuals in need.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social service programs to meet the needs of the community
- Manage and supervise a team of social workers and support staff
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for social service programs
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funding sources
- Provide leadership in behavioral health interventions and crisis management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance services for individuals with developmental disabilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field

- Supervisory experience in a social services setting
