Briarcliff Apartments, a large apartment community located in Kenosha, Wi, is currently accepting applications for a full-time maintenance technician. Applicants must live in the Kenosha area.
MUST LIVE IN KENOSHA AREA TO APPLY!
Requirements
NEED to have some knowledge in electric, plumbing and appliance repairs. 2 Years experience
We are looking for someone to assist with make ready's and everyday repairs that may come up. Must have good technical skills (or willing to learn), good organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines.
Must be dependable, have a positive attitude and available to be on call every other week. Must have reliable Transportaion.
This position is full-time, working Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
