Customer Interaction : Warmly greet customers and assess their needs regarding vehicle repairs and estimates.
Estimate Preparation : Learn to prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates for customers, incorporating labor, parts, and materials needed.
Collaboration : Work closely with the body shop team and insurance companies to ensure accuracy and completion of repair orders.
Documentation : Maintain comprehensive records of estimates and customer interactions in the body shop management system.
Customer Support : Provide customers with clear explanations of estimates and repairs, ensuring satisfaction and understanding.
Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on the latest industry standards, repair techniques, and estimation tools for optimal service delivery.
Requirement
Experience : Previous experience in a body shop or customer service environment is a plus but not required.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
