About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you will be our valued customers’ primary point of contact, ensuring a smooth order process from start to finish. You’ll be critical in managing orders, solving customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to drive an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Process, track, and manage customer orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Customer Support: Address inquiries regarding product availability, order status, and shipping details with a problem-solving approach.
- Issue Resolution: Handle product issues, claims, and credit requests; escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Proactive Communication: Inform customers about order updates, delays, or changes and provide solutions for out-of-stock or discontinued items.
- Process Improvement: Monitor customer feedback, identify trends, and collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, sales, accounting) to enhance service efficiency.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing knowledgeable and personalized support.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date customer records, order details, and communication logs.

Basic Excel skills (e.g., filtering, sorting, data entry).
Familiarity with home décor, gifts, textiles, or retail industries is a plus.
Knowledge of upselling or cross-selling techniques is a bonus.
