As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Warehouse Worker to join our team at our new headquarters in Marlton, NJ. This is a full-time role with consistent weekday hours, ideal for someone who is energetic, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
• Organize and maintain warehouse stock to ensure easy retrieval
• Perform inventory control and maintain high quality standards for audits
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely and effectively
• Assist with other warehouse tasks and responsibilities as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
• Bring your best effort every day!

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience working in a warehouse setting (preferred but not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work physically for extended periods
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and maintain focus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills for inventory management
• Reliability—we need someone who can dependably show up every day!

Additional Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to reliably commute to Marlton, NJ

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Warehouse environment with varying temperatures (dependent on the season)
• May require overtime or weekend work depending on business needs
