Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and restrooms to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and personal items.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow established health and safety protocols while performing housekeeping duties.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as carpet cleaning or deep cleaning tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to resident requests with care and attention.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial services, preferably in a residential or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in housekeeping management.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Good communication skills for interacting with residents and staff members.
- Experience with laundry services is preferred but not required.
