COTA – Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Position :
We are seeking an enthusiastic Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team full-time. This is a growth position, not a replacement. Our team has been together for 15 yrs. Come see the difference at Briarwood. Our therapists are employees of the facility.
The ideal Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) is motivated by serving the elderly population and provides the dynamic of balancing both restoration and compensation therapy techniques in order to return our patients functional levels to the best of their potential. Our facility has a large gym and newer equipment complete with ACP modality suites along with clinical support.

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Requirements :
The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant is responsible for delivery of skilled therapy under the direction of a registered occupational therapist. Duties include treatment, program planning and implementation, documentation and communication. Inservices to facility staff as needed. Occupational Therapy services are delivered under the directions of physicians orders.
