Briarwood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Needham, MA has a short-term rehabilitation rating of High Performing and a long-term care rating of High Performing. It is a medium facility with 120 beds
Full-Time ( Mon-Friday 10am to 6pm or 11am to 7pm)

- COVID Vaccination Required
- Previous experience in customer service related field required.
- Experience in healthcare setting preferred Exceptionally strong customer service orientation, presence and perspective. Knowledge of customer service strategies and tactics.
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and phone etiquette.
- Experience in dealing with multiple demands simultaneously.
- Ability to deal with people of varying personalities and temperaments.
- Ability to take initiative to resolve immediate problems.
