Sign on Bonus
- $12,000 full-time
- $6,000 for part time
Shifts Available:
- 7am - 3pm (Full-Time)
- 7am - 3pm / Weekends
- 7am - 7pm / Weekends
- 3pm - 11pm (Full-Time)
- 3pm - 11pm / Every Weekend
- 7pm - 7am (Full-Time)
- 11pm - 7am (Per-Diem)
Per Diem Available (must be able to work 1 weekend a month - does not need to be a consecutive weekend, you can do 2 Saturdays a month, 2 Sundays a month)

Responsibilities:
- Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment.
- Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
- Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
- Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the orders provided

- COVID Vaccination Required
- A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in this state is required
- Ideal candidates will possess clinical experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting
