We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our incredible team.
We are seeking a professional, ambitious, and growth-oriented employee to fill this position. The individual will be responsible for the direct management and oversight of assigned multifamily residential property/properties. The goal is to maximize customer satisfaction, asset value, and revenue as well as aggressively manage delinquency, oversee daily operations, and build/motivate the team. The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of the full financial performance of the asset including monitoring income and expense, as well as budgeting
- Taking a hands-on approach to leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures in accordance with the company's established policies and procedures as well as in accordance with local, state, and federal housing regulations
- Aggressively collect rent each month and minimize delinquency by enforcing the rules and regulations of the lease contract
- Ensure general maintenance and turnover processes are timely, efficient, and within budgeted expectations
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants in accordance with high-quality property operations and standards
- Implement advertising and marketing in order to meet, or exceed, budgeted occupancy. Maintain a clear understanding of market conditions
- Complete required weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Manage capital improvement projects
- Ensure physical asset is maintained properly
- Communicate sources of potential liability to ownership
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a property manager
- Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
- In-depth knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Customer focus and bottom-line orientation
- Well-organized with excellent time management skills
- 2-3 years' experience in Property Management
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Ability to recognize, diagnose, and resolve property operational problems
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and problem-solve
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma required
