- Conduct revision tasks and proofread documents to ensure accuracy.
- Support administrative duties such as ordering supplies and coordinating schedules.
- Utilize computer software to produce documents and reports.
- Assist in funeral service planning activities as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments.
- Coordinate time sensitive tasks under the direction of supervisors.
Experience:
- Proven experience in office administration.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles.
- Knowledge of funeral industry procedures is a plus.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in management tasks like inventory management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in transcribing information accurately.
- Excellent administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Experience in project coordination or similar roles is preferred.
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or a high school equivalent (GED)
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to pass a South Carolina Statewide Background Check
