Airbnb Assistant – Entry Level, Part-Time Opportunity for a Hospitality-Loving Individual

We’re looking for a reliable Airbnb Assistant to help manage our two unique tiny and artsy brick home Airbnbs in the Riverwalk District. This is a part-time role, perfect for a student or someone looking for flexible, hands-on experience in hospitality and short-term rentals.
What You’ll Do:
Guest Communication – Manage messaging with guests before, during, and after their stay using the Airbnb platform. Answer questions, ensure a smooth guest experience, and flag messages needing further assistance for the property owners.
Turnover & Cleaning – Ensure the property is cleaned, stocked, and set up between guest stays.
Property Checks & Restocking – Keep an eye on the home’s condition, report any maintenance issues to the owners, and create shopping lists to restock essentials like toiletries and cleaning supplies.
Quality Control & Guest Experience – Add personal touches to enhance the guest experience (e.g., setting up welcome notes, ensuring decor is arranged nicely). Your attention to detail will contribute to raving reviews!
Social Media Management – Capture and post high-quality photos/videos of the space, guest experiences, and local attractions to keep our listings engaging. Help manage Instagram and Tik Tok to boost bookings and brand awareness.
