Your role will help create a welcoming environment where our residents truly feel at home. It’s an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact while contributing to the success of the team.
What You’ll Be Do:
- Be the heart of the community! You’ll oversee everything from leasing to maintenance to resident services, making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Welcome new residents by handling the move-in process, signing leases, and making sure everything is in tip-top shape.
- Keep the cash flowing by collecting rent, preparing deposits, and balancing accounts like a pro.
- Crush leasing goals with tours, follow-ups, and keeping things fun for future residents.
- Solve problems like a superhero by resolving resident complaints and making sure everyone loves where they live.
- Be the go-to for the property when the Community Manager is away, keeping things organized and running smoothly.
- Get involved! Help plan resident events and make the community feel like home.
What You Bring:
- Organized and friendly – You’re the go-to person who knows how to keep things moving while maintaining a positive vibe.
- Legal eagle – You’ll follow all the right rules (Fair Housing, ADA, etc.) to keep everything running legally and ethically.
- A go-getter – Ready to take on challenges and meet goals every month. Previous property management experience is a bonus!
