From leasing to maintenance, marketing to team leadership, you’ll wear many hats and make a big impact every day!
What You’ll Do:
- Boost Revenue & Keep Things Rolling: Keep rents flowing smoothly, manage operating and capex budgets and achieve financial goals
- Leasing Hotshot: Guide residents from tour to move-in, making their experience unforgettable (and making sure rent gets paid on time!)
- Motivational Sensei: Hire, train, and motivate your awesome on-site team to deliver stellar results
- Curb Appeal Champion: Conduct regular property and apartment inspections, ensure safety and cleanliness, and keep the property looking great
- Resident Hero: Organize fun events, tackle requests, and always go the extra mile to make residents feel at home
- Compliance Whiz: Keep up with policies, laws, and trends to stay ahead of the curve
What You Bring:
- 3 years leading a multifamily property to success
- 3 years of leadership experience
- A love for multitasking, problem-solving and critical thinking.
- A positive attitude, knack for communication and getting the job done!
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word—you know the drill).
