You’ll get to show off the community, build awesome relationships, and be a a huge part of making Brick and Vine feel like home for everyone. If you love meeting new people, hitting goals, and making things happen, this is the spot for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Be the face of Brick and Vine! Show off our beautiful apartments, give awesome tours, and match future residents with their perfect home.
- Keep things fun & engaging! Use our cool software (Entrata) to track prospects, follow up, and get them excited about leasing with us.
- Resident Rockstar: You’ll be the go-to person, ensuring residents love their homes from move-in to move-out, with plenty of follow-ups and fun touches like thank-you notes.
- Property Perfectionist: Keep show units and the property in tip-top shape. You’ll work with the maintenance crew to make sure everything’s sparkling!
- Stay on top of trends: You’ll be shopping for the competition and keeping us ahead of the game with market knowledge.
- Go above and beyond: Help with resident events and create a community people want to be part of. Your positive energy will keep residents happy!
What You Bring:
