We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance practices. You will be responsible for supervising maintenance staff, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance personnel to ensure efficient operations.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Perform industrial maintenance tasks including troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues effectively.
- Manage maintenance projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues.
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in maintenance procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
