We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Maintenance Person to join our team. You will be responsible for supervising maintenance staff, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance personnel to ensure efficient operations.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Perform industrial maintenance tasks including troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues effectively.
- Manage maintenance projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues.
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in maintenance procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
