Utilizing their strong communication skills to enhance both customer satisfaction and brand awareness in a face to face setting at sporting arenas, retail locations, big box retail events, home shows, and trade shows . This role emphasizes the importance of taking a proactive, engaging approach when interacting with customers, ensuring their needs are met, and driving awareness and sales for our trusted brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Strong Relationships: Engage with customers in a warm, approachable manner and take the time to understand their needs, creating meaningful connections that lead to long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Drive Sales: Take a strong, assertive approach to upsell and cross-sell products, always keeping the customer’s needs in mind and ensuring the sales process aligns with their preferences.
- Promote Brand Awareness: Effectively communicate the unique benefits of our well-known brand, enhancing customer awareness and driving sales by highlighting key features and product advantages.
- Expert Product Knowledge: Provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers, positioning products that best suit their needs and preferences while promoting brand awareness.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and overall success.
- Problem-Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude throughout.
Skills:
- Proven Sales Expertise: Previous experience in a retail or customer-focused environment, with a strong ability to upsell and drive sales results.
- Bilingual Abilities: Ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages is a plus, enabling us to connect with and serve a diverse range of customers. (Preferred but not required)

Head office is based in Tampa, FL, and candidates should be prepared for travel, as this role is on-site at various event locations.
