As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations.
Job Summary
The Operations Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the operations team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating production schedules, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the operations and manufacturing teams.
- Assist in production scheduling and workflow coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments.
- Prepare and distribute reports related to production, inventory, and operational efficiency.
- Process purchase orders, receipts, and other essential documentation.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing efficiency.
- Support HR functions such as scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees in the operations department.
- Assist in booking keeping and payroll functions
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred).
- 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operations setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
